Rusty Fischer has been in the restaurant business for over 50 years. From his office overlooking scenic Port Canaveral, Florida, he runs the day-to-day operations of Rusty’s Seafood and Oyster Bar with his sons, Rhett and Rusty, Jr., as well as their business partner Dana Mrdjenovich. When not steering Rusty’s into the next generation, he enjoys golf, his dog Scooter and, of course, following his beloved Florida State Seminoles!
